What permissions does Vikneo need?+
Screen Recording permission is required for user-triggered captures and recording. The direct build also requests Accessibility permission only for scrolling capture.
Does Vikneo record audio?+
No. Vikneo captures screen video only. It never records system or microphone audio.
Where are my captures stored?+
Always locally on your Mac and, when selected, in Vikneo Cloud or on the FTP, FTPS, or SFTP server you configure.
Can I change the keyboard shortcuts?+
Yes. Area, full-screen, scrolling, OCR, and recording shortcuts are all configurable in Settings.
